Description
Some photographs begin with a place that catches your attention long before you ever take out the camera. Along the western shores of Maui, I had driven past this tree countless times, always wondering what it might look like beneath the right light. On this evening, I finally stopped. As the sun descended over the Pacific, warm color spread across the horizon, surrounding the tree with a beautiful glow and transforming a familiar roadside view into the scene I had imagined. Sometimes the places worth photographing are not hidden at the end of a trail. Sometimes they are the places you finally decide to stop and see.

Framed Print (acrylic or metal)
Framed prints are offered for both acrylic and metal prints of all sizes. The frames we offer are 1.5” in width (1.5” on each side), and are available in black or brown.
