Description
It was the final evening of a weeklong escape to Maui and my last opportunity to photograph a sunset. Heavy clouds filled the sky, and I almost decided not to go. But it was my last night, so I headed to Ka’anapali Beach anyway. As the sun sank toward the Pacific, the horizon suddenly came alive with brilliant shades of gold and amber, silhouetting the palms against the glowing sky. It became a reminder I still carry with me: when you are wondering whether it is worth heading out with your camera, always go. Sometimes the sunsets you least expect become the ones you remember forever.

Chromaluxe Metal Print
Our ChromaLuxe Metal prints combine a vibrant, glossy finish with a durable, scratch-and-fade-resistant surface. Rich colors and crisp detail stand out against the white base coating, giving each photograph a striking presence on lightweight aluminum.
Using a process called dye sublimation, heat and pressure infuse the image directly into the coated aluminum surface. Each print is then precision-cut to size for a clean, modern presentation.

Framing Options
Acrylic Mounted and ChromaLuxe Metal prints are available frameless for a clean, contemporary presentation, or framed for a more traditional finish.
The 2.75" Tabacchino Scoop frame features a gently curved profile that adds depth and draws the eye toward the photograph. Crafted from hardwood with a hand-applied veneer and protective clear coat, the moulding is handcrafted in Italy by Roma Moulding and custom assembled by my professional print lab.
Choose from two finishes:
Cigar Leaf: A warm, natural complement to the colors and textures of the landscape. This lighter frame of reds and browns extend the vision of nature beyond the print.
Dark Ash: A bold, classic border that gives the photograph a strong visual presence. This darker frame with hints of grays and dark browns perfectly guides the viewer to the art.
