Description
Some landscapes are so familiar through photographs that you think you know what to expect. Horseshoe Bend proved otherwise. On my first visit, nothing prepared me for its immense scale. Far below, the Colorado River curves around towering sandstone as the canyon drops away beneath your feet. As sunset approached, warm light illuminated layers of ancient rock while shadows reached deeper into the canyon. I had seen countless photographs of Horseshoe Bend, but standing at the edge revealed something a photograph can only begin to capture. Some places simply have to be experienced to be understood.

Framed Print (acrylic or metal)
Framed prints are offered for both acrylic and metal prints of all sizes. The frames we offer are 1.5” in width (1.5” on each side), and are available in black or brown.
